ACU-Serve finds Perfect acquisition

AKRON, Ohio - ACU-Serve became the new owner of A Perfect Medical Billing Service effective Aug. 1. Terri Minnich and her team will join the ACU-Serve family, says Jim Knight, partner and CEO of ACU-Serve. “Terri and her team have built a very successful billing company with a proven track record of significantly improving and automating billing and collection practices and increasing client collections and bottom line revenue,” he said. “Adding Terri and her team to our Client Services Department significantly augments our commitment to being a strategic partner for clients across all across the United States.” Minnich and her team represent ACU-Serve's first employees in New Mexico. A Perfect Medical Billing Service, which has been specializing in HME billing and reimbursement since 1993, has worked with ACU-Serve in the last year on a consulting basis. “I could see that our core values aligned with giving our clients the highest level of customer service, which was very important to me as a small business owner.” About a year ago, ACU-Serve expanded its services to include intake.
