BOC wins Stevie Award

OWINGS MILLS, Md. - The Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC) won a Stevie Award for sales and customer service at the seventh annual Stevie Awards ceremony in Las Vegas, according to a press release.
The award was presented to BOC during a gala banquet on Feb. 25 at the Paris Hotel, where more than 300 nominated sales and customer service executives were in attendance. BOC was recognized for equipping its customers with the ability to apply for and manage their credentials through an online management portal. The portal allows staff to respond more directly to customer needs. In addition, BOC made their exams more available through year-round testing.
