JJ Pistoor moves into top role for Medical Supplies Council

WOBURN, Mass. – Geriatric Medical and DDP Medical Supply have announced that JJ Pistoor, chief revenue officer, has been named chair of AAHomecare’s Medical Supplies Council. Pistoor, who previously served as vice chair of the council, will now lead the council’s work on behalf of member companies nationwide. “I’m honored to have been selected to lead this council,” he said. “It’s a privilege to work alongside such a committed group of providers, manufacturers and industry stakeholders, and I look forward to advancing the priorities that matter most to our members and the patients they serve.” The Medical Supplies Council brings together AAHomecare member companies focused on the disposable medical supplies segment of the home medical equipment (HME) industry. It provides a forum for policy input, industry education and advocacy on issues affecting distributors, manufacturers and providers across the sector.
