CALABASAS, Calif. – Nationwide Medical has acquired Dynamic Healthcare Services (DHS), expanding access to its offerings across a wider geographic footprint.
DHS is a well-established provider of home respiratory supplies, durable medical equipment (DME) and oxygen across Pennsylvania, New Jersey and surrounding areas. It offers patient-centric services and clinical programming to drive improved outcomes in OSA and COPD therapies.
“Today’s announcement represents an exciting new chapter for both Nationwide Medical and the DHS team,” said David Seigel, CEO of Nationwide Medical. “By joining forces with DHS, we’re combining our clinical expertise and national care delivery infrastructure with DHS’s trusted regional reputation and deep experience in respiratory outcomes programs. Together, we can better support patients and providers with comprehensive care, exceptional products and enhanced educational resources.”
Through the partnership:
- Patients will benefit from expanded access to clinical support and respiratory specialists.
- Referring providers can leverage a broader network of services configured around outcomes and compliance.
- Nationwide Medical will integrate DHS’s patient monitoring programs and advanced equipment portfolio, strengthening the continuum of chronic respiratory care.
“DHS has always focused on treating our patients like family, prioritizing quality, education and outcomes,” said Dan Schira, COO of DHS. “Becoming part of the Nationwide Medical family allows us to bring those values to even more communities, while enhancing the level of care and resources we can provide.”
Nationwide Medical in 2024 partnered with Heritage Group, a Nashville, Tenn.-based private equity firm in late 2024 to support growth efforts.
