Numotion named to inclusion list

Mike SwinfordBRENTWOOD, Tenn. - Numotion has been named a “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion” for the fifth consecutive year. The award is based on the company’s 2025 score of 100 on the Disability Equality Index (DEI). “Being named a Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion for the fifth year in a row is a meaningful milestone and a testament to our continued commitment to inclusion,” said Mike Swinford, CEO of Numotion. “At Numotion, we believe that an inclusive workplace benefits everyone. We are proud to foster a culture where employees of all abilities can thrive, and where our mission to improve the lives of people living with disabilities is reflected not just in what we do for our customers but also in how we support and empower our team members.” The DEI evaluates companies across categories such as culture and leadership, enterprise-wide access, employment practices, community engagement and supplier diversity. Companies that earn a top score of 100 are recognized as DEI Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion. The Disability Equality Index is a joint initiative of the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) and Disability:IN. It is recognized as the most robust disability inclusion assessment tool designed to help companies build a roadmap of measurable, tangible actions that create an inclusive workplace.
