Resmed board set to get new lead director

SAN DIEGO – Resmed has announced that Carol Burt will become lead director on Nov. 15, 2026, succeeding Ron Taylor, who is not standing for re-election at the company’s 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Nov. 18 and will retire after more than 21 years of service to the company. Burt has served on Resmed’s board since 2013 and currently chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee. She is also a member of the Audit Committee and the Compliance, Privacy and Quality Committee....
