FARMINGTON, N.M. - When Eberhart Home Health wasn't offered a contract as part of Round 2 of competitive bidding, President John Eberhart reconnoitered.He moved into home sleep testing and closed the company's California location in favor of locations in Albuquerque and Farmington, N.M. He's now decided to close the Albuquerque location and expand the Farmington location, where he planned to open a sleep lab, Eberhart Sleep Diagnostics, in July.“We're actually shrinking,” Eberhart said....
