EClickMD reorganizes

AUSTIN, Texas - eClickMD, one of two companies promoting e-CMNs in the HME industry, confirmed a reorganization plan last week to remove the company from bankruptcy.
Since eClick filed chapter 11 on May 13, 2003, the company streamlined its operational model, added an experienced senior management core team, and developed a national network of 45 independent sales representatives, which it expects to grow in number to over 100 in 2004.
“We're already feeling the traction from our new marketing and sales activities,” said Robert Woodrow, president and COO of eClickMD. “Several leading HHAs and DMEs are using the services today and the initial opportunity in these two markets is significant, in excess of 7,000 HHAs and 12,000 DMEs.
