Fraud haunts Texas

HOUSTON--The owner of Galaxy Medical Supply was convicted in March for pushing power wheelchairs and scooters onto patients who didn't need them. Enitan Osagie Isiwele was convicted on 39 counts of healthcare fraud and two related charges of providing kickbacks to accomplices. Between 2005 and 2008, Isiwele requested about $1.6 million from the two agencies and received about $365,000.
