Helixx gently shuffles sales

ELYRIA, Ohio -- As Invacare's new umbrella organization for specialty high-end rehab products, the Helixx Group is now reorganizing the sales structure of the group's four divisions: Freedom Designs, Kuschall North America, Motion Concepts and PinDot.
Historically, Freedom staffs a direct sales force; Motion and Kuschall sell through independent reps, and PinDot sales are handled by Invacare's territorial business managers (TBM).
"Our challenge is to take those disparate approaches and bring the together as one, where it's a combination of the best independent and the bes direct reps we can find," said Chris Yessayan, the Group's vice president and general manager.
Under Helixx, Freedom Designs reps will take on sales responsibilities for PinDot sales, though Invacare's TBMs will continue to sell PinDot until the transition is complete.
