NSM eases ordering process with new tool

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - National Seating & Mobility has launched a new Funding Portal to automate the order approval process for equipment. The custom software also triages orders, prioritizing critical needs, and is integrated with mynsmorder.com, an online order-tracking dashboard launched earlier this year that updates clients at each step of the process. “This custom-developed software, teamed with our total care approach aligning each client with one funding specialist throughout the order process, translates to a seamless, more expedient delivery of complex rehab equipment to those who need it,” said Charles Sargeant, senior vice president of field support operations.
