Oxygen provider closes doors

NEW BEDFORD, Mass.--Dartmouth Medical Equipment closed its doors, forcing the oxygen and HME provider's patients to look elsewhere for service, according to a Sept. 19 news report. A sign on the door read, “Dartmouth Medical Equipment has closed. No new orders will be taken at this location. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patronage.” Enos Home Oxygen and Medical Supply, the only other oxygen provider in the area, is working with Dartmouth's former managers to inform customers they can get their supplies through Enos, according to the report.
