Trac Medical Solutions, providers of the CareCert eCMN solution, announced in July the departure of Terry Williams. Mike Wolf has taken over the responsibilities of CTO for the TracMedical company. Wolf also holds the position of CTO for Authentidate Holding Corp., parent company of TracMed... Altimate Medical recently promoted Mark Schmitt to vice president of product development. He had held the position of marketing director at Altimate Medical from 1989 to 1995 and from 1998 until his recent promotion.

Dr. Susan J. Kelley, RN, PhD has been appointed to Pediatric Services of America's (PSA) board of directors. Dr. Kelley is currently Dean of the College of Health and Human Sciences at Georgia State University and also serves on the board of the Georgia Professional Society on the Abuse of Children... Ken Wilson has joined PSA as vice president for sales and marketing. Wilson comes to PSA with over 13 years experience with Matria Healthcare, where he was most recently vice president of sales and managed care.
