Upstate provider supports veterans

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y.--Health Systems Services in June provided wheelchairs to disabled veterans taking part in the Niagara/Buffalo area's first “Honor Flight” program. The program arranged for 33 veterans to travel to Washington, D.C., and visit the World War II Memorial. Participating was a no-brainer for HSS President Robert Minicucci, whose father is a veteran. “The fact that he is a WWII vet himself made the donation of these wheelchairs that much more meaningful,” stated Minicucci in a release.
