Welcome to Hialeah, land of cheap rent

The article "Welcome to Hialeah, HME capital of America" caught my attention (See HME News March 2006). I agree that the facts are correct. Two doors down from me is another DME. I can count another 15 within a two-block radius.
We are located in Hialeah (zip code 33016) for one reason only: The rent is affordable. I rent a small warehouse that is 1,000 square feet for $850 a month. I have tried to relocate my business to other areas of Miami, and I have been unsuccessful because all other locations are anywhere from $1,900 to $3,600 a month for approximately the same square footage.
