WellSky extends REACH with collaboration

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. - WellSky has partnered with three leading post-acute providers, USA Healthcare, Concierge Home Care and Healthy Living Network, to offer WellSky REACH. The initiative seeks to help post-acute and personal care providers collaborate with payers and risk-bearing health systems using predictive analytics. WellSky REACH (Risk-Enabled, Analytical, and Coordinated Healthcare) is a comprehensive suite of EHR-agnostic capabilities that leverages WellSky's payer expertise and advanced predictive analytics. “Today, one out of every three post-acute patients is a member of a Medicare Advantage plan,” said Bill Miller, CEO of WellSky. “That number is expected to increase to one in two, which will cause a dramatic shift in how providers work with payers. To succeed in this new paradigm, post-acute providers will need advanced capabilities that traditional technology vendors have not provided.”
