Win for ABC in company's tussle with Coloplast

MARIETTA, Ga. - American Breast Care won the latest round in its ongoing legal battles with Coloplast, the breast form manufacturer that employed ABC's top executives before the company moved its breast form operations to Germany. The two companies have tussled over a number of issues recently, including trade secrets and employees. Now that a federal judge has handed down a summary judgment in ABC's favor, the company believes the litigation is largely over. "We're moving ahead faster than we hoped," said ABC co-CEO Jay Markowitz. "We came out with a couple of innovative products. Now that people know we're not going away, this has helped."
