VGM Retail hires Jim Greatorex

WATERLOO, Iowa - Jim Greatorex has joined VGM's Retail Services Group. Greatorex, who has more than 20 years of HME retail experience, has been tasked with finding new products to help VGM members increase sales and build profitable retail businesses. “Retail in the HME space is not solely about selling traditional HME products for cash,” said Paul DiMarco, vice president of VGM Marketing, in a release. “Jim understands, after years of putting this into practice, that success comes from a unique product mix that appeals to the consumer.” Greatorex founded Portland, Maine-based Black Bear Medical supply in 1988 and is a former president of NEMED.
