Belluscura files for Chapter 7 bankruptcy amid foreclosure, financial struggles

LONDON – Belluscura LLC filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy on Oct. 29 in the Texas Eastern Bankruptcy Court.  Chapter 7 bankruptcy involves liquidation, the sale of a debtor’s nonexempt property and distribution of proceeds to creditors.
