Virginia budget includes provision to protect DME access

Ralph Northam has signed into law a state budget that includes an amendment requiring Medicaid managed care organizations to reimburse at no less than 90% of the state Medicaid fee schedule for DME. Virginia: Medicaid matches competitive bidding prices
