WASHINGTON - The Food and Drug Administration approved a handful of generic versions of DuoNeb in late December, including one by Jerusalem-based Teva Pharmaceutical Industries and another from Watson Pharmaceuticals in Corona, Calif. Last July, Princeton, N.J.-based Sandoz launched the first generic of the respiratory drug, manufactured by Napa, Calif.-based Dey Laboratories. DuoNeb had sales of $265 million for the 12 months ended Sept. 30, 2007.
