BOSTON - Poor sleep can contribute to heart disease and heart disease can disturb sleep, says a new report in the January issue of the Harvard Heart Letter. According to the report, poor sleep has been liked with high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis, heart failure, heart attack, stroke, diabetes and obesity.
