TwelveStone, Tennr partner to streamline referral, operational processes

NEW YORK – TwelveStone Health Partners, a leading provider of comprehensive chronic care medication services, has partnered with Tennr to automate patient processing for referral-based care. Through this partnership, Tennr will support automating various parts of the TwelveStone operations including fax management, referral intake and data entry, eligibility and benefits investigations, and the qualification of patients against complex payer criteria.
