NEW YORK – Tennr has appointed a new sales leadership team: John Capaldi as chief revenue officer, Dean Sutherland as vice president of sales transformation, and Matt Stephens as senior vice president of customer experience and value engineering. "We couldn't be more excited about bringing these leaders onboard and pointing their talents towards solving the very hairy, no-good black-hole problem facing the US health care system," said Tennr CEO Trey Holterman.
- Capaldi joins Tennr with more than 25 years of experience in the enterprise technology industry, where he has held leadership roles at both public and private hyper-growth companies. He most recently served as chief revenue officer at Altana, where he led global go-to-market sales strategy.
- Sutherland brings more than 25 years of enterprise software experience as a seller, sales leader and enablement executive. He most recently led sales transformation and enablement at Redwood Software. At Tennr, he will focus on building a scalable, high-performing sales organization – strengthening the sales process, developing sellers and leaders, and creating the discipline and consistency needed to support the company's next phase of growth.
- Stephens joins Tennr from Celonis, where he was senior vice president of value engineering and customer programs, leading a global value engineering organization. Prior to Celonis, he spent more than a decade at Qlik, where he served as director of health care solution architects and later ran alliances, partner enablement and OEM.
