GRAIN VALLEY, Miss. - The Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association filed a petition on Dec. 14 challenging language related to sleep apnea in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's final rule on medical examiner certification, according to the Journal of Commerce.
