Tricare to stop recoupments on compounded meds

ALEXANDRIA, Va. - TriCare/Express Scripts will no longer seek to recoup prescriptions from compounding pharmacies from 2015 that it says were fraudulent because there was no physician/patient relationship indicated. LEXINGTON, Ky. - Cooley Medical Equipment has agreed to pay more than $5.2 million to settle allegations that it violated the False Claims Act by misrepresenting the ingredients it used in certain compounded medical creams.
