Resmed divests MatrixCare business

SAN DIEGO – Resmed has entered a definitive agreement to sell its MatrixCare business to Frazier Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm focused on health care. Resmed bought MatrixCare, which provides software solutions to more than 15,000 providers and supports skilled nursing, senior living and long-term care, life planning communities and home health and hospice care, for $750 million in 2018.

SAN DIEGO – ResMed has taken a big step toward becoming a global software-as-a-service provider with its planned acquisition of Hildesheim, Germany-based MEDIFOX DAN for $1 billion.
