The company says the new location will strengthen its service capacity throughout the northern Fraser Valley and surrounding communities, including Maple Ridge, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows and Mission. “This is an area HME has been serving for many years, and we have been searching for the right location for some time,” said Robert Boscacci, co-founder and CEO. “We are excited to establish a permanent residence in Maple Ridge and bring our people, inventory and services closer to clients and health care partners throughout these communities.” The more than 6,000-square-foot location will support both pediatric and adult clients, providing access to HME Medical Distribution’s full rental services. With 10 dedicated staff, the company is targeting service within one business day for clients throughout the service area. The location is its fifth in two years, reflecting its continued investment in local communities and service infrastructure, it says. “Opening five locations in two years in an important milestone for HME,” said Cameron Fleming, co-founder and CIO. “Our growth strategy is about investing in the communities we serve and building the infrastructure required to provide dependable, responsive service as close to the client as possible.”
