Congress looks to extend telehealth flexibilities into 2027

WASHINGTON – Bills to extend telehealth for Americans enrolled in Medicare through fiscal year 2027 have now been introduced in both the House of Representatives and the Senate. Reps. Earl “Buddy” Carter, R- Ga., and Debbie Dingell, D-Mich., introduced the Telehealth Modernization Act of 2025, on Sept. 2. Sens.
