Nielsen Expositions up for sale

NEW YORK - Nielsen Holdings has hired an investment bank to explore a sale of its tradeshow and event wing, Nielsen Expositions, which hosts Medtrade and Medtrade Spring, according to news reports. Nielsen Expositions generated $183 million in revenues in 2011, about 3% of Nielsen's total revenues. Nielsen is working with Credit Suisse Group AG, according to reports.
